I was served papers and only had a few days to prepare for an appearance in court. I did not have much time to figure out who was going to represent me in my divorce case and on a whim, I just up at the Bartow office of McNelis Law. Being a walk-in I was not expecting to be able to consult with an attorney right away but was surprised when the receptionist told me to have a seat. A short wait later, I was ushered into the office of Stacey McNelis. I explained my case, handed her the pile of papers I was trying to make sense of and she told me she could represent me and that she could be ready for the first court appearance in two days. Not having much time to prepare and having never been in a legal dilemma the process of what was to come seemed very daunting to me. Time and time again I have told friends and clients how impressed I was with the personal attention that was given to my case by the staff at McNelis Law and in particular Mrs. McNelis my attorney and her legal assistant Kelly Ehret. Phone calls were quickly returned, emails were prompt and our face-to-face meetings were always very productive. I appreciate how understating Mrs. McNelis was of my situation and how she always was very realistic and professional in our discussions. I know that there was always a lot going on at the office but when it came to me and my case, I had the feeling that I had the full attention of everyone and my case was the one they were working on. The details of my case are not important. What you need to know is that the outcome of my case was better than I had anticipated and I do believe it was because of how dedicated Mrs. McNelis and her staff had worked in representing me. I am so glad that I made the choice to work with the McNelis Law firm and I am thankful to Mrs. McNelis for the hard work she did on my behalf. Thank you.

I was fortunate enough to have used Mrs. McNelis to represent me with my case. She was not only able to keep me from the worst possible outcome, but she was also extremely aggressive and had a strong presence in the courtroom, and fought for me 100% to the end.
